Project Bharosa
A transformative initiative promoting gender equality and community well-being. Cairn is committed to enhancing healthcare accessibility, strengthening the healthcare ecosystem, and fostering community awareness to promote well-being. In line with this, Project Bharosa was launched as a six-month initiative addressing critical societal challenges, including domestic violence, substance addiction, gender disparity, cybercrimes, and more.
Through a multi-faceted approach, the project actively engaged women, adolescent girls, youth, healthcare workers, and key stakeholders. Mass awareness programs used nukkad nataks (street plays), interactive magic shows, wall paintings, and radio broadcasts to drive behavioural change.
