Project Highlights

• ↪   Regular training and awareness sessions are conducted for school student and staff on valuebased modules, menstrual hygiene, hand washing, etc. to ensure improved usage and maintenance of developed facilities. Due to this there has been a significant increase in usage of sanitation facilities from 17% to 70% for Boys and 23% to 83% for girls respectively.
• ↪   Overall awareness and use of hygiene practices have increased from 32% to 77%, due to regular engagement sessions with school students and staff.
• ↪  In addition, module of leadership and a provision of safai period have been developed in schools, to increase project accountability and sustainability.
