Campaign Milestones:

  1. Foundation Activities
    • Training of Trainers (ToT) session for CSR champions, addressing gender-based issues with experts.
    • Official launch by Barmer District Collector with Cairn leadership and government stakeholders.
  2. Thar Mela – A District-Level Community Event
    • Organized with DIET Barmer, featuring 14 Information Desks & Stalls on women’s livelihood, healthcare, banking, self-defence, and Project Bharosa’s vision.
    • 3,000+ community members participated, with 80% women & children.
    • Collaboration with district administration, ICDS, Health Department, Education Department, and Police.
  3. Bhoomi – Theatrical Drama Screening
    • A powerful theatrical drama performance depicting gender equality issues.
    • Engaged 1,000+ community members, leaving a strong emotional impact.
    • Encouraged women empowerment and community resilience.
  4. International Women's Day & Bharosa Closing Ceremony
    • Grand culmination event in collaboration with Department of Women & Child Development, Rajasthan.
    • 500+ women, including ASHA & Anganwadi workers, doctors, officers, and NCC cadets, celebrated.
    • Featured felicitation ceremony, magic shows, and thought-provoking short films.
