Project Highlights

• 3,500+ women empowered across 12 blocks in Barmer through awareness, skills, and livelihood-focused interventions.
• 12 expert-led sessions organised on themes like mental health, nutrition, self-employment, and financial independence.
• 500+ women participated in the district-level launch event, creating strong community momentum.
• Statewide expansion announced in Jaipur on Jan 9, 2025, after recognition by the Ministry of Women & Child Development.

Capacity Building & Initiatives

• Millet-Based Livelihood Training – 150+ women trained at Cairn Enterprise Centre on making millet cookies, snacks, and energy bars with guidance on packaging, marketing, and nutrition benefits.
• Entrepreneurship-from-Home Workshop – 150+ rural women mentored by District Collector and experts on MSME registration, Agri-enterprise models, and home-based income opportunities.
• Financial Literacy for Economic Independence – 200+ women oriented on budgeting, savings, credit use, and digital banking in partnership with AU Small Finance Bank.
• Health & Nutrition Camps – 200+ camps conducted in underserved communities on anaemia, menstrual hygiene, maternal health, and balanced diets, supported by ASHA workers and PHC teams.
