Project Highlights

• MoU with Jambeshwar Environment & Wildlife Society for water facilities and animal care ambulance.
• Through a meaningful partnership with Kaziranga National Park & Tiger Reserve and the Government of Assam, Anil Agarwal Foundation (AAF) and The Animal Care Organization (TACO) we are supporting the development of a surveillance centre and dwelling units for frontline wildlife protection staff—strengthening conservation efforts in a globally significant ecosystem.
• A 450 sq. Ft. fodder shed was constructed, providing a sheltered space for storing animal feed and offering a resting area for animals, particularly during the rainy season. The area was also fenced for added protection.
• Clean drinking water facilities were established at multiple points across the Jambheshwar Environment & Wildlife Society center to ensure consistent hydration for animals undergoing treatment and recovery.
• As part of a year-long plantation drive, over 300 trees of native and beneficial species—such as Khejri, Neem, Peepal, and Banyan—have been planted to foster biodiversity and shade within the Jambheshwar Environment & Wildlife Society center.
• Fuel support was extended for the animal ambulance, which traveled nearly 8,000 kilometers over the last six months to rescue critically injured animals from remote areas—ensuring prompt and effective intervention.
