Cairn Enterprise Centre (CEC), Barmer

To bridge the employment gap for rural youth, Cairn, in partnership with the Department of Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan, established the Cairn Enterprise Center (CEC) in Barmer in 2007 as a vocational training hub. Offering courses in computer education, mobile engineering, electrician training, and other high-demand skills, CEC blends technical expertise with soft skill development, ensuring industry readiness. With an impressive 80% placement rate, less than 1% dropout, and 70% job retention, the Center has empowered over 19,000 students and fostered 2,500+ entrepreneurs. Initiatives like the Online Banking Course for women highlight CEC’s focus on inclusivity and innovation, making it a true beacon of opportunity in the region.

Cairn Centre of Excellence (CCoE), Jodhpur

Building on the success of the Cairn Enterprise Center (CEC), Cairn established the Cairn Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in 2013 at Jodhpur as a premier skill training institute. Spread across a 12-acre campus, CCoE offers courses in welding, renewable energy, IT, automotive, and more, with over 2,000 students trained. During COVID-19, it also served as a government quarantine facility. Expanding beyond job-oriented training, CCoE now supports farmers through agriculture and livestock interventions. In partnership with Jodhpur Agriculture University, the institute has been re-envisioned as a future-ready hub, offering AICTE-approved Agricultural Engineering courses and short-term farm sector trainings, already benefiting 1,000+ students.

Project Tamana

Cairn has been supporting differently abled students through its unique skill initiative partnership with Tamana organsiation. Tamana is a non-profit organization which has been working relentlessly in the field of rehabilitation of the differently abled for the last three decades.
